Are the documents in English?
No. Qualiopi audits are held in French, so the documents and the evidence folder are in French. This page is in English for convenience.
Does Dossio guarantee my certification?
No. Dossio gives you structured documents in your name; what counts is how you actually apply them, as checked by the auditor. Review them and adapt them to your activity.
Who is Dossio for?
Independent trainers and training organisations that hold or are seeking Qualiopi certification. The indicators specific to apprentice training centres (CFA: 14, 15, 20 and 33) are not covered.
When will I receive the documents?
Right away. After payment you enter your organisation's name, SIRET, logo, responsible person, contacts and training field: the four documents and the evidence folder are generated in your name within seconds, as Word and PDF. The link is also sent to you by e-mail.
Are they blank templates?
No. Templates sold elsewhere are for you to fill in. Dossio writes the four documents in your name (letterhead, SIRET, contacts, field); you review them, adapt them to your activity and sign them. You can change your details and regenerate the documents at any time with your link.
What about the V10 guide de lecture?
The documents rest on decree no. 2026-728 and on the DGEFP's V10 guide de lecture (November 2026 version), which sets the expected level and examples of evidence for each indicator. The "12 months of updates" option covers new versions of the guide and later texts (orders, Q&A).
What if a document does not fit?
Write to [email protected] within 14 days: we fix it or refund you in full.
Who publishes Dossio?
Talivio Technology OÜ, a company established in the European Union (Estonia). Payment is handled by Stripe; an invoice is issued in your organisation's name.
